New Family Registration
1. Please visit our sign-up page at dlsinfo.org/signup to make your enrollment request.
2. You will be notified by email if your request has been approved, waitlisted, or denied. If your request is approved or waitlisted, you will receive a registration code to log back into your parent portal at dlsinfo.org. You will then register and create a Latchkey account and complete the enrollment application.
3. Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed for completeness and accuracy. Upon approval, an email will be sent with payment details to secure your enrollment request.

If you are a returning customer, please download the instructions above. Once you have read the instructions, please visit the Registration link to complete your re-registration for the next school year.

What’s Your Status?
Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with your Latchkey status. Please log in to the Parent Portal at dlsinfo.org. You can view your status under the Family Info section of your Latchkey account.
Sign Up
You have made an enrollment request for a Latchkey Program. Please review the Registration Requirements and add your electronic signature to proceed with the application.
Application Submitted
Your application has been submitted for review. The information submitted will be reviewed for completeness and accuracy. Once approved an email will be sent (initiated by office staff, not automated) with information for payment and start date details.
Reenrollment Pending
(This status applies to families who are currently enrolled in and are using a Latchkey program.) Your enrollment for the next school year is pending. Please review and update the information in your Latchkey account and make your request. Your updated electronic signature is also required for the Registration Requirements for each school year.
Reenrollment Submitted
(This status applies to families who are currently enrolled in and are using a Latchkey program.) Your enrollment for the next school year has been submitted. The information submitted will be reviewed for completeness and accuracy. Payment will be required after submission of your request.
Waiting List
Your child/children have been placed on the waiting list for the enrollment requested. Families on the waiting list are notified as soon as something becomes available at the requested program.
Active
Your enrollment request has been approved and your payment has been successfully submitted. Your child/children are enrolled in a Latchkey program for the current school year.

Payment Methods
Personal Check
You can make payments at the school site or send them to our main office.
School site: Look for the red box next to the sign in/out book.
Office: Please put your school and child’s name on the memo line. Send your check to: 5970 Venture Drive, Dublin Ohio 43017.
Cost: FREE
Direct Bill Pay
You can set up payments to be made by your financial institution and sent to our office each month.
Please put your child’s name and school on the memo line of the check.

Cost: Typically FREE
EFT
You can set up payments to be deducted from your checking or savings account each month. Payments will be deducted on the fourth (4th) day of each month.
* New enrollments may register for EFT in September for the first payment in October.
Cost: $.35 per transaction per month
Credit Card
The Stripe payment link can be found on our parent portal. The finance company will charge you several hefty fees (even with the non-profit discount rate) for every transaction.
*This method may not work fully with Safari or Internet Explorer.
Cost:
- 2.2% + $0.30 for Visa, Mastercard, and most other cards
- 3.5% for American Express cards
